This new cloud region builds on Qlik’s continued investment in Singapore. It also marks Qlik’s second cloud region in APAC and the fourth globally, following cloud regions in Australia, Ireland, and the United States.
The value of a new Singapore Region:
- Provides a solution for Singapore organizations, such as government agencies and financial services, to use SaaS without having to move their data out of Singapore
- Provides a solution for other businesses in the ASEAN region who want to use SaaS but don’t want to move their data out of the region and want to ensure optimal performance and minimal latency at scale
- Continues Qlik’s commitment to continued investment in and expansion of cloud solutions for the Asia Pacific/ASEAN region and expanding options for organizations in the region to use Qlik Cloud
