2 hour outage period for LEF database updates

Hello Qlik Users,

We want to notify all customers that on Saturday, September 11th, 2021, there will be an interruption to services for our on-premise customers for approximately two hours – shown across the global time zones below:   Outage Time Frames.JPG

Qlik will be using this time to consolidate data and update the infrastructure to better support our overall service. This maintenance will not affect our SaaS customers.

Alert: During this service window, we kindly ask you not to perform any product upgrade or licensing procedures as our back-end servers will be inaccessible. Operations around the purchase and upsell in any form should also be avoided.

We expect the possible interruption in services to be minimal and all operations shall resume immediately after the maintenance window.

Your understanding and patience are appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Update: The LEF database is now available and you can perform activations or upgrades of on-premise QDA products. Qlik used this time to update the infrastructure to better support our overall service. We appreciate your patience!

Hello @shekharwaze

This maintenance was from last month, Saturday the 11th of September.

QlikIDP Login had maintenance this weekend though: QlikIDP Login Outage October 9-10

That is completed - and would not have affected on-premise products.
