Hello Qlik Users!

There is a new Qlik Fix video available! The quick video reviews where to find the reload logs as well as the event logs in the Qlik Sense SaaS.

If you’re a Qlik Sense Business customer or using Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS, definitely take a look at it so you can get familiar with the location of the logs. These logs can be really helpful when troubleshooting an issue.

We also discussed the Event logs in the latest Talk to Experts Tuesday Qlik Sense Business session. The discussion begins at mark 36:39. A client was having an issue with trying to replace a file and the panel did an excellent job walking through what troubleshooting steps would be taken if you created a case for the issue, which included looking at the Event logs.
