Hello Qlik Users!

Qlik is updating the login page to Auth0 for a more unified look and experience! The following sites will be updated on May 18th:

  • Qlik.com
  • Qlik Support Portal
  • Qlik Community
  • ON24
  • Demo.qlik.com
  • Qlik Partner Portal*
  • Partner Green Line*
  • TOS (May 22nd)
  • Qlik Commerce*
  • Vistex Partner*
  • Vistex Admin*

*These sites are used only by our Partners.

This is a phased rollout. Expect more Qlik sites to be updated soon.

Why the change?

We want to streamline your experience. You’ll only require one set of credentials with the new update. More importantly, your security is important to Qlik! You will now be able to enable 2-factor authentication.

How does this impact me?

You will need to use the email address provided when signing up for QlikID. The login page will no longer support usernames.

If you do not remember the email address you signed up with, click the I forgot my email address link. You will be able to retrieve your email address by entering in your username.

Your password will remain the same.

Here is a helpful video and message from our Community Manager, @Melissa_Potvin!

The transcript is available here

What do you think about the new login page? Let us know in the comments below.

Stay tuned for more updates on this phased rollout! Make sure to subscribe to the Qlik Support Updates Blog to be notified.

Thank you for choosing Qlik!

Kind regards,

Qlik Digital Support

Hey @Jamie_Gregory ,

do we need to expect a service interruption on the May 18th?
If yes, do you know at which time can we expect such interruption?

Many thanks,
Riccardo

I like the unified login, but the new downloads page 'experience' isn't working for me.

It only lets me download QlikView personal, Salesforce connector, and web connectors.

Hey @lucienorrin ,

personally I'm not experiencing such issue at this time, but I've seen this behaviour in the past intermittently...
To solve it, I used incognito mode (you could also just try to wait)

@lucienorrin I'm glad to hear you like the new login procedure! The download page has not changed over yet but should be coming in the next month or so. When you only see the option to download QlikView personal, it's usually something like the site is cached or an issue with the account you're using. Try going to this link to login (it should still be the old method of QlikID and password).

@lucienorrin  - This may be do to a cache issue. Can you please clear you cache or use in incognito/private browser. This should open up full access to the downloads site.

If we face any issue in login we will not be able to raise tickets in support portal or put comments in community for support. In such case we might have to contact support via mail
