QlikView 11.20 Service Release 17 is now available

Hello all QlikView users,

We are pleased to announce that QlikView 11.20 Service Release 17 (SR17, Build 11.20.13607) is now available on the download site.  This build is a re-release of SR17 which contains the fix for the degrade detected in the initial release.  We also took this opportunity to fix other issues that existed in earlier releases.  SR17 now contains 16 bug fixes and the details on these can be found in the attached release notes.

Remember when upgrading any software to always follow best practices and make your backups.

Thanks for the update. Could you give me more information about:

- X and Y position values in Caption tab being changed when opening from Access Point Jira issue ID: QVII-1566

- Container objects are empty in 11.20 after being saved in 12.10 Jira issue ID: QVII-1605

I think we are experiencing these at the moment (SR16) but it would be useful to have a better description of the defect so I can see if it's exactly the same problem.

The easiest way to confirm if you are seeing the same issue and to be able to verify if it has indeed been fixed in SR17 woule be to log a case with Support through the Support portal and have us assess the problem you are facing and matching it against the bug specifics.
