Hello Qlik Users,
Today we have released five new services releases across all currently supported major version of Qlikview. If you are using the QlikView plugin and one of the following versions (or before), this information is for you:
- 11.20 SR20
- November 2017 SR10
- November 2018 SR4
- April 2019 SR3
- April 2020 IR
These new service releases include a fix for the security vulnerability, details of which can be found in Security Bulletin SB 000109535.
Known internally as QV-20715, each new service release includes the fix for this vulnerability. Any user that has the QV plugin installed should update to a version below (or higher) to resolve this issue:
- 11.20 SR21
- November 2017 SR11
- November 2018 SR5
- April 2019 SR4
- April 2020 SR1

For more information on the defect reported as well as the workaround, please see "Open URL" and "Launch" disabled for document sheet buttons in latest QlikView releases. Please make sure to follow best practices when upgrading.
