Hello Qlik Users!

This is a reminder that on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 from 2 PM to 4 PM CET, there will be an interruption to services for approximately two hours. Qlik will be using this time to update the infrastructure and speed up our overall service.

Alert: During this maintenance window, we kindly ask you not to perform any product upgrade or licensing procedures as our back-end servers will be inaccessible.

Operations around the digital purchase and upsell in any form should also be avoided.

We expect the possible interruption in services to be minimal and all operations shall resume immediately after the maintenance window.

If you previously added IP addresses to the firewall to activate Qlik products, you will need to add the following IP addresses:

  • 13.69.68.41
  • 40.121.91.199

Your understanding and patience is appreciated.

Come on Qlik Support - lead the way.  Please update this message description to something more appropriate. Whitelist, I thought was no longer a generally accepted term.

Hi @parkera you are 100% correct on pointing that out.
Expect to see all our communications in a new standard going forward.
Thank you for your feedback.

Everyone,

Note from the Geoanalytics team:

"The map services of Qlik Sense depend on these LEF servers. Geoanalytics Connectors and extensions cache the license information, but during the outage, for a brief window, clients could experience blank maps or a failed data load via the GeoAnalytics Connector."

If you experience this issue, please wait a few minutes and try again.

If any delay in the service interruption occurs, it will be posted at https://status.qlikcloud.com/.

Thanks,

Adam Sawyer, SaaS Support

Hi Everyone,

Note on the update: The maintenance window has been completed per the post; however, due to an unforeseen complication the previously provided addresses have changed.

If you previously added IP addresses to the allow list for firewall to activate Qlik products, you will need to add the following IP addresses:

  • 13.69.68.41
  • 40.121.91.199

Thank you for your understanding.
