Qlik is updating the login page to Auth0 for a more unified look and experience! The following sites will be updated on May 18th:

TOS (May 22nd)

This is a phased rollout. Expect more Qlik sites to be updated soon.
Why the change?
We want to streamline your experience. You’ll only require one set of credentials with the new update. More importantly, your security is important to Qlik! You will now be able to enable 2-factor authentication.
How does this impact me?
You will need to use the email address provided when signing up for QlikID. The login page will no longer support usernames.
If you do not remember the email address you signed up with, click the I forgot my email address link. You will be able to retrieve your email address by entering in your username.
Your password will remain the same.

Hello Qlik Users!Last week, an issue was identified with the Google Spreadsheet Connector for Qlik Web Connectors and Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS.A patch is now available for Qlik Web Connectors, Qlik Web Connectors December 2020 Patch 2. The patch can is on the Downloads site, along with the release notes. Please review the release notes before upgrading and follow the documentation for upgrading Qlik Web Connectors.To resolve the issue, GetWorksheetV2 was added to the list of tables. QlikWorld starts Monday, May 10th! Have you signed up for any breakout sessions yet? You can easily filter the sessions for a list of technical sessions or technical workshops.
First, make sure you are registered for QlikWorld. Then go to the Breakout Sessions page and scroll down to the list of sessions. Under Track, select Technical and Technical Workshops.
You can also filter by Featured Product or search for your favorite speaker!
I recommend favoriting the sessions you are interested in. You will need the codes in the description to locate the session during QlikWorld.

It is exclusively for SaaS users (client-managed users should stick with the Qlik Sense Mobile app) and connects directly to your tenant to give you insights on the go! SummaryBetween 15:43 and 23:53 (UTC) on April 20, Qlik Cloud Services had an outage. During this time, many users were unable to accessQlikSenseEnterprise for SaaS, Qlik Signup, and Digital Purchases. This post will explain what caused the outage and the changes we are making to prevent similar failures in the future.The OutageAuth0 is an authentication and authorization platform that stores users in a database. Qlik partners with Auth0 for managing users for Qlik Sense Enterprise for SaaS, Qlik Signup and Digital purchases. Auth0 notifiedQlikof an increase in Auth0 error rates.Qlik quickly announced the incident on the Qlik Status Page and created a blog post in the Qlik Support Updates Blog. Teams within Qlik promptly began testing to determinethe extent of the issue, and through that process determined thatthe issue did not affect customers using their ownidentity provider.Auth0 continuously worked on the issue until they began to see performance improvements. Qlik was notified that the service was restored and began monitoring performance. Once Qlik was confident users no longer saw an issue, Qlik updated the Qlik Status page that the service has been restored.Auth0 determined the issue was related to specific queries that created resource contention and impacted database performance. Within the next few days, Auth0 will be providing a detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA), which we will link to this post.
