@Katie_Davis  and Qlik Team - Thanks.  You mention above that "Qlikview May 22 users can now upgrade to SR1".  We are currently using Qlikview 12.2.  Please can you confirm we can upgrade from this directly to May 22 SR1?  Any recommendations on this would be gratefully received.  Thanks again.

Hi @bally_kahlon , while technically it is possible, support does not recommend doing an upgrade through a large number of major versions. Have at least one step in the middle, setup a test environment and make sure to verify that things work before upgrading production.
Make sure to go through the release notes of all major versions to take note of what has changed during the years.
Please, also make sure to setup a test environment.
You can refer to the official upgrade white paper that you'll find here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/A-QlikView-Upgrade-Guide/ta-p/1713389

The first thing that comes to mind is that if you have BNF disabled in your current version, you might need to modify some of the scripts (details here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/QlikView-Failing-reloads-macros-and-BNF-scri...

If needed, Qlik professional services can help you with the process:
