Talend MDM default web user interface

Unable to launch Default Talend Web User Interface
http: //localhost:8081  - with this URL Tomcat is running good.

Can any one please help me out in solving my issue.

TOmcat is running fine and we can view tomcat home page in browser.
Stopped oracle services.
but is not working fine.
we are getting 
HTTP Status 404 - /talendmdm/secure/
error.

Assuming you're using MDM 6.0 version, default url is of the form:
http://localhost:8180/talendmdm
