Build ETL job to .bat file run outside Talend

Hi,
After designing job in Talend, I build it and call it to run in Access VBA. I just wonder, is there a way that when I call it to run, it will show me like progress window (how many percent of progress right now) which simple user is get used to but not command prompt?
Could anybody tell me is it what I need to design in Talend or change with my calling code ?

There is no a progress windows for the overall job, if the total number of data that will be processed during the runtime is known or it can be counted at the beginning of job, you can hard code and output a percent of progress on tJavaRow, as suggested by JohnGarrettMartin in this topic:
