I have two instances of Talend Studio installed on different servers. If I'm already logged into one and I try to log in to the other, I get a message indicating "You have been logged out by the Administrator, do you want to reconnect?"
At that point, I can click on Yes and it re-establishes my session to do work.
However, today I click on No and it took me into a read-only state for my project.
Without thinking about it too much, I make some work on an open project. Now when I want to save, I get the message "Can't save the job! Current job or project is readyonly!"
Is there any way to re-establish my connection without closing TOS and losing my work? How can I get the prompt to re-connect?
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are? Talend open source or subscription solution?
Is there any more error message in your studio log?
Best regards
Sabrina
I got the same problem except for me, the message appears without any prompt prior to that. I am running Studio Version 8, Build ID 20250319_1318.
Perhaps is there some way to "force connect" and authenticate against TC without being prompted to do so?
I also tried deleting studio/configuration/org.eclipse.runtime, org.eclipse.osgi and org.eclipse.update for having it rebuilt and working with a new workspace, yet the problem persists.
