Jobs are hung in TAC

Hi,

In TAC, there are so many jobs are running in Trigger and some jobs are running 24*7. In that state any one of the job hung in TAC and it didn't process the incoming data. And it is not happened for the same job. It happens to the jobs randomly in TAC.

Is there any possible solution to intimate us or recover itself to do process the data.

Please let me know whatever the solution is.

Hello,

Could you please clarify on which talend build version you got this issue? Is there any error message in TAC log?

More information will be helpful for us to address your issue.

We're using Talend 7.1

 

and there is no error in the TAC log. Job is hung at some point and do nothing after.

 

The incoming data is too fine for processing but it didn't.

With your random issue in TAC, please create a support case on talend support portal so that we could give you a remote assistance through support cycle with priority.
