Memory run can't connect to remote monitoring server

Hi

I'm new to Talend Studio, and am trying to do some performance analysis on one of our jobs.

When I try to do a Memory Run, I get the error "Can't connect to remote monitoring server" (see attached screenshot).  This occurs for Target Exec set to both localhost and remote server

I'm on version 6.4.1.20170623_1246.

Hi,

What does your current performance analysis job design look like? Could you please post your job screenshots on forum which will be helpful for us to address your issue?

It's just a regular job, extracting from redshift and loading into a temp file (for bulk insert back into redshift later)

i don't think the issue is limited to a particular job.

Did you follow up this online document about:TalendHelpCenter:How to run a Job remotely to deploy and execute your Jobs on a remote JobServer?

Have you  already logged on to a remote project via a remote connection?
