Return JSON Paths instead of values

I'm using the tExtractJSONFields component to pull data from the below example.  I can use the  "$.ItemDescendants.*" JSONPath query to get the values, but is it possible to return the Paths within Talend?  Trying to get values like "17A166-944 P01".
