Stored procedure not inserting rows tMssqlSp

I created a stored procedure that selects data from one table and inserts loop rows to another table

CREATE PROCEDURE [dbo].[forMark]
@MarkS int output
,@studentid INT output
,@n int =0

as

SELECT @studentid = studentid, @MarkS = [ marks]
     FROM dbo.tempPersons
     WHERE statuscode=0

while @n <@marks
begin
insert into dbo.tempMarks (studentid) values(@studentid)
set @n =@n+1
end
