Timezone data ignored for DATETIMEOFFSET datatype and MSSQLOutput

Hi All,

I am currently working on Talend job where we have specific time zones and need to populate it into SQL Server. I have defined the Date Pattern at all relevant places as "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSSXXX" and the output DBTYPE as DATETIMEOFFSET. But whenever I run the job the data going into the DB for datetimeoffset field has timezone defaulted to +00:00 rather the current data (+01:00 in my case). I have tried many other combinations, all relevant datatypes and tested that the correct data is actually going into the output component but to my dismay nothing helped. Can anyone here provide some clues as how to overcome this bug/error?
