Unable to drag and drop joblet into Main job in Talend Bigdata 5.6.1

Hello Team,
Its a quire situation am facing right now, that is, when am trying to drag and drop the joblet into my job, its giving me following message as:
"cannot apply drag and drop operation on this component currently". So can some one please help me to resolve this issue asap.

Hi,
There is not enough information for us to diagnose your issue. Are you using talend subscrition bigdata 5.6.1? Did you follow up document TalendHelpCenter0683p000009MACJ.pngesigning a Joblet to create your joblet and use it in your job correctly?

yes am using subscription version of Talend Bigdata 5.6.1. And attached the screen grab for your reference.

Screenshots works only if you drag&drop the image directly in the editor window.

Yes I've followed the same process to upload the screen shot but I dunno still why you are unable to see attached images. However, from my end am able to see in My uploads - 3 images.

Hi Sabrina, 
Additional info, when I've tested with a joblet in my main job locally its working fine but however when I've connected to my DEV TAC the joblets are appearing under Joblets Design section and not appearing under Palette - Joblets section. So can you please peruse this case.

Neeraja chekka and I work in the same team and I tried to replicate the issue. Here are some snapshots.

[color=#5b5b5d][font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] These jobs which are making use of joblets are running fine on Production Instance. Absolutely no issues there.[/font][/color]
[color=#5b5b5d][font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] However , this problem seems to crop up in our DEV instance.[/font][/color]

[color=#5b5b5d][font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] Additional Observation:[/font][/color]


[color=#5b5b5d][font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] Observe the Joblets drawer on Pallete view on right hand side of the studio. [/font][/color]

  • It does not list all the joblets created by us. It shows only "Job1"

  • We are able to drag and drop whatever joblets are displayed in this drawer without any issue.(we are able to drag and drop"Job1" joblet from Pallete view) .Refer snapshot with "Job1" joblet used in a "test_joblet" job.

  • For the joblets which are not getting reflected on right hand side under the Palletes view, we are unable to use them.
    Refer snapshot with the drag and drop error. 


  • [color=#5b5b5d][font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] What we do not understand is how the Studio interprets the Joblets shown in Repository view on left hand side and the Joblets shown under Palettes on right hand side?[/font][/color]


    [color=#5b5b5d][font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] I fear, this might me an internal issue with SVN and TAC not being able to sync up soon enough to display the joblets consistently.[/font][/color]

    We cannot repro this issue on our side. With your talend subscrition solution, it is recommended that you should report a ticket on talend support portal so that we can give you a remote asistance through support cycle with priority.
