Unable to use "insert or update " mode in insert option of tLdapoutput.
Am able to insert new records in the Ldap directory but could not update them.
It is throwing the error "LDAP: error code 53 - 00002016: SvcErr: DSID-031A1248, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0 "
Please help me to insert new records and update old records

I have similar issue to find the user based on phone number and then update the sn value. Advise me please.

Example of dn value like : DN: cn=KING,dc=example,dc=com
