calilng a webservice from Talend and trying to retrieved a document which is base 64 encoded

Hi,

I am trying to call a webservice from Talend and trying to retrieved a document which is base 64 encoded, i just created simple job for testing tsaop-->tlogrow.

getting below error kindly help on this

- tSOAP_2 java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Bad response: (415Cannot process the message because the content type 'text/xml; charset=utf-8' was not the expected type 'application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8'

Any alternate solution also would be helpful

Is it a SOAP web service or Restful web service? Does it work with other tool like SOAPUI or Postman?
