installing Talend 6.3,"Artifact repository services creation" problem

While installing Talend Enterprise 6.3, it stops after it showing "Artifact repository services creation". There are no error message shown. I don't know what to do.  I am using Windows 2016 server.

Hi,
Are you using talend installer to install your talend 6.2? Are you using 64 bit JDK 1.8?
