Hi,
We are using Talend v5.6.1 and trying to run a bat file on a remote AWS Windows 2016 server from TAC. The server is showing as UP and running in Talend server console with ports as green (command: 8000, file transfer: 8001 and monitoring: 8888)
The jobserver in the remote server is also up; configured as a Windows services using a local admin account (the same credentials supplied in Talend server console) and listening to ports 8000, 8001 and 8888 (verified using netstat)
However, when we are running the Execution task, it is failing with error "Connection to server failed"
The same task is working fine on another remote server running on windows server 2012
Log details:

Would appreciate any pointers to fix the issue.

Hello,
Could you please create a case on talend support portal? In this way, we can give you a remote assistance(webex session) through support cycle with priority?
Best regards
Sabrina

Hi Sabrina,
Thanks for your suggestion; we did reach out to support team and they informed that this version of Talend is not compatible with Windows Server 2016. They suggested to upgrade to version 6.3 where only jobServer module is compatible or 6.5 (or onwards) where all Talend modules are compatible.
Regards,
Kuntal.
