"Workspace changed" on every TOS start. Always restart necessary

After installing TOS 6.1.1 I changed once the workspace to another directory. Now, I am always working with that workspace. I never changed it again. Nevertheless:
Now, on every TOS start it says "workspace changed" and I have to press the restart button. Seems to be a bug - ?

My settings also persist, could you please check the file rights in your workspace - especially in the folder .metadata within the workspace.
And please check also the folder <studio-install-dir>/configuration/.settings/ (often hidden)

Which version do you use. There was such a bug but it is solved in 6.1.1.

Hmm, I tried on 4 different systems and 3 different operating systems, I am still seeing the issue on all of them.
I tried turning on all permissions on all files in the TOS folder but that didn't help.
