tHiveInput components in standard,mapreduce and spark palette allow you to read hive external tables.

you can also read it with ImpalaInout if you're using Cloduera. it's the same as reading any DB table

Actually we can read the external hive table or hive table using tHiveInput. I have tried it after amula posted.I will try with your input also ahallam. Thanks for giving input on the post.
