How to avoid multiple selections when using expression in filter

Hi 

I am using

=if(GetSelectedCount([Trend Selection])=0,ebidta_category_quarter,
if([Trend Selection]='YoY',ebidta_category_year,
ebidta_category_quarter
))

expression in filter pane. My ebidta_category_year  & ebidta_category_quarter consists of '<20%','20-50%' & '>50%'

and is varying with selections in trend selection. 

The expression is working but selections are made in all the above fields, is there a way to avoid it. PFA fo the same
