We are a B2B Global performance benchmarking business conducting relationship surveys with our clients and their buisness customers. With Franchises around the world, we are currently piloting and launching our surveys in QlikView reporting format. This entry-level position is responsible for providing accurate and timely technical support to the user community. Working from our open-concept Toronto office (where our CEO doesn't even have an office!), this incumbent would need indepth experience in using QlikView and providing phone and online training/support to international Franchiseed businesses and clients.
