access applications in hub denied

Good Morning ,

 i tried to  access to qlik hub and qmc from qlik server and i could not and message was shown as below :

'winapi error occurred at source tool \wproxy\socket.cpp(302):error code 10058' 

and then i closed all session and reopen chrome and entered user authentications and allowed me to access the hub and qmc but when approche to open any application in work stream i got below message :

'connection lost make sure qlik sense is running properly'.

also, i got another message as shown below:

'TLS connections with server has been refused reason : timeout or wrong certificate'

when i tired to access from client machine i could access and review every applications.

what the cause of those issues could be ?? 

please help !
