hello friends i am looking for a qv devloping job and have these credits:

education - some years studying computers

work - butcher, free qv developing

qv experience - personal projects and developing, good at charts and if statements

volunteer - clean park around home and neighbors

how can i improve myr esume to land a qv developing job?

HEY walts check the sample resumes in  indeed.com website ...there are so many resumes will be availble ,By seeing them you can design good resume..........

Hi, Kilgore.

Follow the advice of saradhi_it and create a good Resume. When you apply for jobs, try to change your Resume slightly (but do not lie) to emphasize the skills that match the job you are applying for.

Also, keep activities that are not relevant or useful to the job to a minimum. For example, I don't think being a butcher will help you get a job in QlikView whereas mentioning what areas of computing you have studied may help.

Lastly, try answering questions on this forum. Occasionally, employers go on to this forum to see what questions you have answered in order to get an idea of your technical abilities.

thanks for the advise neil. i will lie about being a butcher like you said. probably is for the best. i also will make up some projects to impress the qv developer interview.
