Can't get access to my Qlik Server Hub site ...

When I tried to get access to the hub site (private) https://srvqlik/hub I get the following messages:

Did you assign a token to the user? Installation user and access to Qlik Sense Hub

Or perhaps the license is the problem: Re: Qlik Analytic Platform setup fails - Access to the app is denied
