Dimension for categories

I have table:

ROW              ID

I need count the number of ID.

The final table should be:

ROW              ID

1                       1 - >(5)

2                       1 - >(6)

3                       2 - >(5,6)

4                       2 - >(5,6)

5                       3 - >(5,6,8)

Could you help me, how can I do it in script ?
