Expression that ignores a dimension used in the chart

I've got a data model that includes Month, Week ending and some metrics.

I've got another data model that includes the same Month as above and some metrics but isn't provided at week ending.

I'm trying to create one pivot table that has Month/Weekending/Expression A (weekending level), Expression B (Month Level Only)

How do I get expression B to basically show the monthly expression value for all the weeks when they don't have any relationship in the Qlikview model.
