Help Concatenate tables only non-duplicate fields

Hi, I can't leave the table as I need it;  I have the following table 

cs	value
006/014/L/42001	1
006/014/XL/42001	1
006/014/XXL/42001	1
006/014/L/42001	0
006/014/M/42001	0

I need to leave only the first different value so that it looks like this  (cs 1st line and 4th line equal, but I only need the first)

this is the result i need

cs	value
006/014/L/42001	1
006/014/XL/42001	1
006/014/XXL/42001	1
006/014/M/42001	0

Try this.

Load 

  cs,

  value

FROM

   TABLE

WHERE

 NOT EXISTS (cs)

;
