As they both are Qlik Product so there Backend like scripting, data modelling are same and major difference is Qliksense is Self Service tool. There Interface or say Front end is only the major difference.
Qlikview is very Mature tool as its current version is 11.2 and Qliksense currently running 2.0.2 so obviously there would more thing's would come in future in QS.
So at this point from user point of view Qlikview can give you pre decided Report, user cant create any report once application Deployed but in Qliksense User can create their own report at front end even after deploying of application.
Well If you Compare other tool like Tableau there would be more similarity i thing. but i m not much aware of tableau so sorry to say would not tell u regarding this.
