How to get the average rating from multiple columns created from avg expression in pivot table

Hi

I have x10 columns in a pivot table. These columns display the average rating, by sales person, of all results from answered surveys. I have used the default expression Avg(FieldName) to get the average for each of these columns - which gives me the same results as my pivot table.

I now need to get the average rating, by sales person, from the x10 already averaged columns.

The field names are:

How_Satisfied_with_Loan_product,Overall_Experience_with_Nectar,Rate_Experience___Friendly,Rate_Experience___Good_loan_advice,Rate_Experience___Kept_informed,Rate_Experience___Knowledgeable,Rate_Experience___Met_expectation,Rate_Experience___Prompt,Rated_Experience___Professional,Rated_Experience___Reliable

I've tried reading all the documentation, but unfortunately I don't understand all the expression syntax. I'm hoping that one day (soon!) it will suddenly make sense I will be able to create all the required reports.

In the meantime, many thanks in advance for any help you're able to give me.
