How to show NULLs in a table

Hi all,

I have a table with 3 columns:

1- country,

2- a percentage tickets sold over the total tickets sold, and

3- number of tickets sold for that country.

There are many rows that are not fill in, and I want them to be displayed at the table. If I go to the edit option and choose the country field and select "include null values", they are added up tot the total of the 3rd column, but they are not added as a row in the table showing for instance "-" instead of the country. I saw that before but cannot find how to do it anymore.

Any help much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Sergio.
