Is it really impossible ? aggr, above, rangemax, peek, previous

Hi , So  I ve been trying to find a solution for the below:

DIM1 DIM2 TIME DURATION  LESS THEN 00.200 LESS THEN 00.500
AAA 1111 21:04:51.250 00.00.000 1A 1A
AAA 1111 21:04:51.348 00.00.098 1A 1A
AAA 1111 21:04:51.465 00.00.117 1A 1A
AAA 1111 21:04:51.570 00.00.105 1A 1A
AAA 1111 21:04:51.669 00.00.099 1A 1A
AAA 1111 21:05:31.432 00.39.763 1B 1B
AAA 1111 21:05:31.850 00.00.418 1C 1B
AAA 1111 21:05:31.964 00.00.114 1D 1B
AAA 1111 21:06:11.915 00.39.951 1E 1C
AAA 1111 21:06:12.012 00.00.097 1E 1C
AAA 1111 21:06:12.114 00.00.102 1E 1C
AAA 1111 21:06:12.228 00.00.114 1E 1C
AAA 1111 21:06:12.337 00.00.109 1E 1C
AAA 1111 21:06:12.448 00.00.111 1E 1C

I have the above first four columns.

The last two are made up  to better explain.

What I need to do is, get the MAX value of COUNT that resets every time the duration is less then an input variable . In my example it may be 0.2 or 0.5 of a second.

So when the user inputs 0.2 it will count each sequence of duration <0.2 and start over when duration is > 0.2

Same when user inputs 0.5...

It s like having a virtual dynamic dimension

I believe AGGR cannot be used here, can it  ?

I ve managed to work out something using ABOVE (TOTAL ) and some ROWNO , but only in a table chart , and without the possibility to extract the max value and use it in a KPI or Pivot object ....

The logic seems quite simple , is it really impossible to calculate this in front end ?
