Issue with downloading Qliksense content to an Excel file

Hello,

I am trying to download a sheet (table) from qliksense into excel file. 

1.I open the app and go to the sheet 

2. right clik on the visualization table that I want to download to excel file

4.select table then select download:

it should download it to an excel file but instead it gives me below error:

Hi 

seems that yout Table is inside a container object ? right ? 

Test to add your table in the sheet and try to export. 

If it works then it is a bug of the container object

It is a container. The container includes several tables. Another user who has access to this sheet can download the file as excel by simply clicking on the Table option:

and then click on Download:

once click on download this window pops up for him:

and he is able to download. but this does not pop up for me. it gives me error.

I am not sure what you mean by container bug. when I click on container instead of table:

which is again different from what the other user can see. he sees:

@Mur Check every column in the table you are downloading.  If a field is invalid, but you are hiding it using "Show Column If", your table will be fine, but your Excel download will not work.

However,  I see you mentioned that it works for another user, so I'm not sure.

Hello,

all the users are in managed space. we cannot make any changes to the tables like hide columns.

all other users can download except me 😞

any other ideas, please?
