I have submitted a discussion topic but I am receiving an error " Please note: your content was added successfully, but a moderator needs to approve it before it can be posted."

What do I need to resolve?

Albert,

This has the usual process for new users posting for some time. A moderator will actually approve your question and it will be go live.
