Need help to create a map of France !

Hello, 

I'm making a map of France on QlikSense, i need to calculate a measure per department, Qlik recognizes most departments, but only one is not recognized "Cote d'Or"... I tried to replace by "Côte D'or" or "Cote-d'Or", "Côte-D'Or"... but it doesn't work

On layer I choose [Department] for "Data" and for "Location Fields", Location type : "Administrative are (Level 2) and Country 'FR'. There were 3/4 departments in other countries before I did this. 

Where can I find a list of locations that are accepted by Qlik ?
