Qlik Cloud: app not opening

Hello Community!

I am new to Qlik Sense. I have done a test app, published it on Qlik Cloud, and invited a user.

My invited user can see the app under my name BUT when he clicks on it, the app does not open.

The size is less than 1Mb.

What am I missing?
