If i get proper question, Perhaps this way?

Table:

Load * Where [Hold Cash] <> 'Cancelled'; // This concept called, Preceding Load

Load *, if([Cash Flag] = 'Yes' and [Money Status] = 'Line', 'Line',
if([Cash Flag] = 'No' and [Money Status] = 'Line', 'Option','Cancelled')) as [Hold Cash];

Else, you can simply use only Option.

Load *, if([Cash Flag] = 'Yes' and [Money Status] = 'Line', 'Line',
if([Cash Flag] = 'No' and [Money Status] = 'Line', 'Option','Cancelled')) as [Hold Cash];

You don't want to bring data which have Hold Cash = 'Cancelled'? May be just add a where clause like this

Where [Money Status] = 'Line' and Match([Cash Flag], 'Yes', 'No');
