Qlik Sense can't download visualization in PDF Format or as image

Qlik Sense fails to export a sheet to PDF and returns a blank page. When I open the downloaded pdf it's showing as blank page.

The same thing happens if I try via storytelling.

Also, when exporting an object as an image, got the error:

An error occurred during export. Please try again.

The current version of Qlik Sense is May 2024 Patch 16.

Yes, I did everything according to the instructions and I get the message: "An error occurred during export. Please try again".

This feature previously worked normally on previous versions of Qlik Sense enterprise, but in the current version (May 2024 Patch 16) doesn't work .
