Qlik Sense timestamp accuracy

Hi Everyone ,

Is there a format available in Qlik Sense to store timestamps till micro-seconds accuracy.
Right now the format I am using is 'MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss.fff'

Thanks,
Ankit

Hi @AnkitMadhukar , date fields are saved as numbers with decimals, so if the field has date and hour with minutes and more, its going to be a number with several decimals :

Hello,

As I mention here : https://community.qlik.com/t5/Ideas/Qlik-Timestamp-precision-go-to-the-nanesecond-equivalent-to-DB/i...

QS store millisecond TS only. If you want to go further, you have to store it in text. The idea above details the workaround but suggests Qlik to update their TS precision to nanosecond.

Best regards,

Thanks @QFabian ,

For now I am going to use milliseconds precision.
Will switch to decimals if it becomes mandatory later on
