One of our users is having issue accessing the dashboard thru IE but works in Firefox.
We have Webticketing process to access DB thru sharepoint online.We have button in Sharepoint online which then redirects to
Qlik Sense website.Once he goes to the site its blank page.Nothing loads.
Same works absolutely fine in Firefox and chrome.
Any thoughts please ?

I cannot help you with this issue but can certainly advise against using Qlik with IE or Edge. Chrome/Firefox is the way to go.
Ya...we advised that and he said he is not a chrome/Firefox person !! Will wait for the solution,if any !
