Qlikview Desktop license (Eula or legal document)

Hello,

At my company, we use QlikView Server and Publisher, and we have an active maintenance contract with Qlik.

We need to confirm that QlikView Personal Edition can be used without a local license for some users and with a license lease for viewing dashboards (using Name CAL).

Does Qlik have a published legal document (such as a EULA) or similar that contains this information so that companies can use QlikView Personal Edition without a local license and with a license lease?. This document is required by my company's legal department.
