Record counts in QVX file using unix

Hi experts,

I have qvx files in linux machine and want to see record count of each qvx file in linux machine itself. Is there any way to see the record counts.

grep -A 5 --binary-files=text "</QvxTableHeader>" y.qvx | wc-l

if result >2 there is data into that file
