Subtracte dates of different categories in chart

Dear Qlik users,

I would like to know how I can subtract 2 dates of 2 different categories in Qliksense:

End_date (closing store) - Start_date (opening store)

To see how long the store was open. Closing store and opening store are registered activities and the date is given in year, month, day ad time.

How do I formulate this in a chart formula (or KPI chart)?

How is your dates structured?

If you have both (closing and opening dates) in numerical representation, than a simple subtraction will do the trick.

Can you provide more information as on your data?
