Unabel to import an .qvf file

Hi Experts,

 could you please help me with this? I exported this .qvf file and want to import into my Qlik sense work space. But why it returns this message when I'm trying to import? How to import this app with out any issue? 

I would be much grateful if you could help me with this.! 😊

How big is your file? Do you have permission to import?

It's 576 KB  and yes I have. I use Qlik sense Enterprise as Professional user.
