YOY Growth in Qlik Table

Dimension: MonthYear -. contains data in 'MMM-YY' format

I want to measure Product Growth:

for eq: MonthYear would have R13M , so let's say it is Apr'24 -> in that case,

measure = SUM({<brand = 'X'>}eq)/ SUM({brand = 'X'} , MonthYear = 'Y'>}eq)

I need help wriitng expression 'Y' so that for Apr'24 it should should calculate Apr'23

Don't use MonthYear as dimension else only Month and Year might be then placed horizontally in a pivot or covered by n expressions.
