You cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass

Hi ... I have the following scenario, I have a Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS and I have defined a Professional license ( not Analyzer). 

In Profile settings/Tools .. I downloaded the Qlik Sense Desktop .. after that, I authenticate my Qlik Sense Desktop.

At the moment to open the QlikSense Desktop and authenticate against the QSE SaaS I received the messages :

"You cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass"

Any idea?

Hi Vinay,

Yes, I did all the steps .. like is showed in "https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-to-authenticate-Qlik-Sense-Desktop-against-SaaS-editions... from Fig 1 to 5, in the last step, fig 5 after the authentication I receive the error messages.

Any suggestion?

I uninstalled and re-installed many time.
